Refund & Cancellation Policy
(EM Studio Belfast)
1. General Policy
All payments made to EM Studio Belfast are non-refundable, except where required by law.
By booking a service or training, you agree to this policy.
2. Training Courses
Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits secure your place on a course
Full Payments
- Full payments are non-refundable
- This applies to both deposit-based bookings and full upfront payments
Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule your training up to 20 days before the scheduled date
- Requests must be made via email: Emstudiobelfast@gmail.com
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
Late Cancellations
If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 20 days before the training, your payment will be forfeited in full.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a training session will result in:
- ❌ Loss of full payment
- ❌ No refund
- ❌ No rescheduling
3. Beauty Appointments
Cancellations
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance via the booking system.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment will result in:
- ❌ Full charge applied
- ❌ No refund
4. Trainer Cancellation
In the unlikely event that EM Studio Belfast must cancel a training or appointment, you will be offered:
- A full refund, OR
- The option to reschedule
5. Payment Providers
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers such as:
- Stripe
- Klarna
If you choose Klarna, your agreement is with Klarna and subject to their terms.
